4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Shipping method

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information whenever tracking is available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Atelier Adriatic has no control over customs procedures or additional charges imposed by local authorities.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Orders returned to us may require additional shipping payment before reshipment.

We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrectly provided addresses.

8. Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost:

We will gladly assist in investigating the shipment with the carrier.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Take photographs before opening the package whenever possible.
  • Keep all original packaging.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographs in order to assist with a shipping claim.

10. Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

These circumstances are beyond our control.

11. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may occasionally be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

There will be no additional shipping charge for split shipments initiated by Atelier Adriatic.

12. Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned to us because:

  • the address was incorrect,
  • delivery was repeatedly attempted but unsuccessful,
  • or the package was unclaimed,

the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

13. Delivery Confirmation

Once the shipping carrier confirms that a package has been delivered to the address provided during checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact us promptly so we can assist in working with the carrier.
